I have gotten to know Ashley Pickett online as she moderates several online support groups for attachment-based infant sleep and breastfeeding, and had the pleasure of meeting her at a conference recently. I am impressed with the amount of time she gives her community through free drop-ins. She is deeply committed to relationship-based infant sleep strategies (no crying it out), and helping parents understand the biological basis for infant sleep (or lack there-of!). Ashley also strikes me as being particularly aware of the medical and health issues that can affect sleep -something that can easily get missed when the focus is on "getting your baby to sleep more".
