Work Out with well&tight + Free Work Outs!

Feature Friday: Have you heard of well&tight? Well you NEED to! We’ve been enjoying their classes over the past 4 weeks and we are hooked! A mix of classes from HIIT, Barre, Yoga and Mom & Baby – you’ll find something that suits you.  The vibe is motivating, community-driven, and flexible which is exactly what we moms need! Can’t make a class? No problem, you can make it up anytime within the 9 week session. Did your baby disrupt your workout? No problem you can make it up!  They WANT you to get your workout in and they break down the barriers for you to get to class!  What we love most is our weekly email from well&tight that includes a challenge to reach your overall goals.  Want a workout you can do at home?
